Growth Group Guide

  1. Ice breaker: When you send an email or text to a friend who you have not talked to in awhile, are the first few sentences easy or hard to write? Do you do any preparation / research before reaching out to them?
  2. What are some of the key themes Paul is going to write to the Galatians about? (1:1-5)
  3. Why is he writing about these items? What's going on in the Galatian church? (1:6-8)
  4. Does it make things easier or harder if helping people come to Christ has less to do with how much they trust/respect you, and more to do with how much they trust/respect Christ?
  5. What controversial topic of the day is the most intimidating to you, and how can we navigate that issue while keeping the focus on Christ?
