Parent's Duty Description
(Updated at Sept. 8, 2002)

For all parents on duty, please help to rearrange the tables and chairs as the following ways after classes are dismissed:

1. Gym: All the tables and chairs should be put back in the storage room
2. Simplified 3 classroom: All the chairs and tables should be put against the wall.
3. Pre-K class: All the tables should be put against the wall.

• Snacks 1 and Snacks 2 (點心 1﹐ 點心 2) :

1. Prepare snacks for recess(10:30-11:00) and distribute snacks to pre-K class at 10:00
2. Clean up the kitchen area and clean the gym

• Security (安全) ﹕
     During the recess:

1. Keep all the kids in the basement.
2. Prevent kids from getting into the sanctuary and second floor.
3. Prevent kids from turning on and off the switch in the hallway.
4. Prevent kids from fighting with each other.

1. Support Activity team

• Library 1 (圖書 1) :

1. Help teachers or staffs to make copies
2. Distribute materials to classrooms

• Library 2 (圖書 2) :

1. Check out the library books for parents and students
2. Help with gift shop during the recess
   

• Teachers' helpers (老師助理) :

1. Stay in the designated class to help teachers for the whole morning.

• Activity team (活動組) :

1. Help to set up the tables and chairs for activity, contests or special program.
2. Help to make teaching materials or activity materials for teachers.
3. Help kids with different kinds of activities during the recess.
