Tuition
and Refund Policies
Tuition for the new semester is due on the last day of the previous semester for the attending students. The amount is listed on the registration form. A $15 late registration applies after this date.
New students or returning students who took a leave for one calendar year or more shall pay a non-refundable $15 application fee per student. No discount is available regardless the number of students from the same family.
Unless a written permission is given by the principal, a full tuition is required when attending a class.
No discount is given for missing the first two weeks of the semester. Starting from the 3rd week for late enrollment, the tuition is calculated on a proportional base of remaining lessons for the semester, plus $5 for each lesson missed.
Proportional tuition refund is available. A one-time $10 processing fee plus tuition charges of $10 per week will be deducted from the refund.
No refund will be made to the attending students for any missing classes during the semester. Long vacation arrangement may be considered by the principal on individual cases.
Textbooks and study materials are purchased separately.
The Parents' Duty Deposit
An additional $50, parents' duty deposit, is required at the time of registration;
please write two $25 checks.
One deposit check will be returned to the parents each time after they have
completed their scheduled duties.
