SUNDAY Last Sunday we declared that Christ is risen; He is risen indeed! as we saw three encounters with the death-destroying, life-giving, and sin-forgiving Jesus. This Sunday there is Sunday School at 9:30 am and at 11 am Rev. Yang will be preaching on Luke 14:25-33 as we encounter "Full-Time Students". EVENTS

• Compassion Sunday on Sunday, April 25 - Compassion Sunday is a national event that helps us grow in our understanding of God’s very special love for the poor. It’s also an opportunity for each of us to intervene in the life of at least one child in poverty.
• MCCA Summer Conference: Thursday, July 1 through Sunday, July 4 - Join us at Cedarville University as the English program (grades 9 and above) explores persevering in the faith!

• Please pray for those who were just baptized last Friday; pray that they would continue to grow in the Lord!
• Please pray that we would be able to raise significant funds to fight hunger as we conclude our 30 Hour Famine fund raising.
• Please pray for all affected by the W. Virginia mine disaster that God would bring comfort and safety.

FRIDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY In light of Spring Break, there is no Friday Night Bible Study this week. We'll resume on 4/16. EVENTS
