Perfection, love, preparation, and cartoons!
Gatherings
Thursday: On Thursday night at EM Small Group, we'll finish the last chapter of Tozer's book (chapter 10 on God's Perfection). Join us at the Youngs' at 7:30 pm.
Friday: During Friday Night Bible Study the Youth Group will see that our hearts are to overflow with praise to God in response to His great love for us. Our text will be Psalm 103:1-12. We start at 7:30 pm in the Youth Room.
Sunday: Last week we saw that worship is corporate. [sermon audio here]
This Sunday we have Sunday School at 9:30 am.
At 11 am we join together for our Sunday worship service where we'll return to our series through the Gospel of Luke. Are you prepared? Our text will be Luke 3:1-22.
In addition, we will celebrate the Lord's Supper and hear from a missionary!
Prayer
- Please pray for 30 Hour Famine fundraising. Pray that we might compassionately and aggressively raise funds to fight poverty!
- Please pray for the Children's Ministry Strategic Planning process over the next few months.
- Please continue to pray for the relief work in Haiti following the devastating earthquake.
